Application
Sebacic Acid is used in the manufacturing process of Nylon 6-10. Sebacic Acid can be used as a corrosion inhibitor in metalworking fluids and as a complexing agent in greases. In particular, Sebacic Acid is used as a thickener in lithium complex grease. Sebacic Acid can also be found in plasticizers, lubricants, hydraulic fluids, cosmetics, and candle manufacturing.
