Application
Phthalic Anhydride is a chemical intermediate used in the production of phthalate ester plasticizers and unsaturated polyester resins used for fiberglass. Other uses for Phthalic Anhydride include the manufacture of alkyd resins for coating applications, dye intermediates and pigments, polyester polyols and flame-retardants.
