Application
Diethylene Glycol (DEG) is a widely used solvent, making it useful in cleaners, cement processing, heat transfer fluids and adhesives. DEG is used in manufacturing of unsaturated polyester resins, polyurethanes, and plasticizers. It is a component in printing ink formulations and a plasticizing and lubricating agent for natural and synthetic fibers.
